How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple and safe. There are four ways to make payment. To place an order add the item to the cart and upon checkout you will be given a choice of purchasing using our secure credit card processor or your Paypal or Google Checkout account. If you wish to pay by check or Money Order you may send us an email about the items you wish to purchase and we can send you an invoice to include with your payment through the mail.

If you don't wish to make on on-line order send us an email (service@einsteinsmicroscopes.com) with the item you wish to purchase, your name and shipping address and your phone number and time to best reach you and will will call you to take your credit card information. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard Shipping: Now all orders more than $100 will include Free UPS Ground Shipping

We use UPS Ground Shipping as our standard shipping option for best rates. The shopping cart will provide shipping options for you to choose from once you have provided a zip code. UPS ground rates are based on total price and are a flat fee to anywhere in the 48 continental states (see chart below). Shipping is a flat fee to anywhere in the USA based on the total price of your order as follows:

USPS Priority Mail: We offer a flat rate for USPS priority shipping to anywhere in the United States for items less than $10 USPS for only $5.49. For orders from $11 to $49 shipping only $9.99. Orders $50 to $199 are $14.99 and above $200 are $19.99.  Delivery time ranges from 2 to 3  business days after shipping.

Faster Shipping?: We offer UPS 3 day select to areas west of the Mississippi and 2 Day Air shipping for prices that are based on weight and your zip code. The shopping cart will provide exact shipping prices for these options for you to choose from.

When do we ship? We make every effort to ship within one business day. If we can not process your order in a timely fashion we will let you know. Backordered items? We usually have all items in stock for immediate shipping. At times we may hold a shipment a day or two if we are sure that a backordered item is exected within that time. If the item is not going to be availble within three days we will email you to inform you of the potential delay.

Will I be charged sales tax? Einstein's Microscopes only collects sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Ohio. Ohio state sales tax is 6 .25%. An exception to this is on education sales to qualified buyers with tax-exempt status.  

When will I receive my order? All orders are typically shipped within one business day of recieveing an order. We usually will ship via UPS Ground unless the item is small or you only have PO Box for an address.   UPS Ground delivery time can vary from 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location. After placing your order you will receive, within 48 hours, an email confirmation from UPS with your tracking number and the estimated delivery date.  

What is your return policy? We offer a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! We want you to be satisfied! If you receive your items and are unsatisfied with them for any reason, or simply decide you don't need them, you may return them unused within 60 days for a full refund.
